Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Preferably with experience in retail, sales, or branch operations.
  • Background in automotive, construction, or trading industries is a plus.

Technical & Business Skills:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and business growth.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and financial oversight.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales tracking tools.

Soft Skills & Work Ethics:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Other Requirements:

  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday and render overtime as needed.
  • Must be open to relocation or travel if required.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Saturday (Branch operating hours may vary).
