Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cebu for a Branch Operations Assistant. The role involves assisting in branch operations, managing daily processes, and ensuring smooth workflows. Responsibilities include supporting operations management, coordinating with teams to meet operational goals, maintaining records, and addressing client queries to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Operations and Operations Management
  • Proficient in Analytical Skills and problem-solving
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
