By joining us as a Lead Specialist, Process Implementation and Support, you will be establishing, testing, implementing, and supporting new processes and process modifications within the ANZ Customer Care Team for functions covering inquiry handling, proposals, order management, and post-order activity that support the three Automation Solutions Business Groups.

In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in providing excellent customer service to Emerson as a member of the Manila Australia New Zealand Alliance Team (MANZAT) organization. You will work collaboratively across all sectors of the organization to ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with the organization's strategic goals while providing day-to-day tactical support to resolve process execution issues and provide process training that is aligned with the organization's objectives. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead process execution and issue resolution.
• Implement new processes and change management.
• Lead innovation and process creation initiatives.
• Communicate policies, programs, and decisions that affect the team, as well as conduct internal training as needed by the organization.

You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You are a proactive self-starter with a strong sense of urgency in meeting tasks and deadlines. You are interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• 3 years of relevant experience in process improvement and people management.
• Knowledge of project and change management, learning and development strategy creation and delivery, curriculum development, and training delivery and execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle, CRM, and other business tools.
• In-depth knowledge of Customer Care business processes.
