I. Job Description

(1) Control and review the preparation of financial statements, Internal reports (Internal Management report package etc.), and tax compliance requirements prepared by an outsourcing company.

(2) Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations (e.g., BIR, SEC, PEZA, etc.).

(3) Control and review payroll processing, government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and other financial tasks prepared by an outsourcing company.

(4) Prepare the budget, forecast, and financial analysis.

(5) Coordinate with the external teams (Accounting firm, Auditor etc.) and ensure compliance to statutory filing datelines.

(6) Response to the request and inquiry (including Internal Audit) from Group companies regarding Finance and Accounting

(7) Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

(8) Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations accurately and on time.

II. Education

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field

III. Years of Experience

Minimum seven (7) work experience in same field

Preferred experience to work for a Japanese company

IV. Skills/Trainings

· Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong analytical and problem- solving skills

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

· Knowledge of applicable accounting standards and regulations

· Flexibility to handle high level work as well as daily administrative accounting matters.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month
