POSITION SUMMARY

The
Finance Manager
is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely internal financial reporting and analysis, while supporting audit preparation and responding to audit fieldwork inquiries. The position provides current financial insights for ad hoc requests across asset management, EPC, and O&M to promote transparency, efficiency, and informed decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains the local finance organization and implementing established procedures and controls to ensure the effectiveness and integrity of all relevant financial processes.
  • Reviews books of accounts, and monthly management accounts as well as interim and annual financial statements.
  • Monitors and coordinates with bank regarding loan covenants.
  • Ensures that all monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings are completed accurately and on time, and that all taxes, levies, and duties are properly paid.
  • Oversees tax compliance and supports the organization in meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support to the line organization with regards to project planning and execution (including business development, EPC, O&M and asset management).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Preference is given to candidates who are Certified Public Accountants (CPA) or possess a Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, auditing, taxation, and internal controls, with a strong track record of delivering accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local GAAP, with proven experience in implementing and maintaining effective internal control systems.
