About the Role 

The Management Accounting Analyst is responsible for providing support to the business unit leaders and management in making critical business decisions by preparing, analyzing and presenting key financial data and metrics. This position is also responsible for costing, pricing, margin analyses and other financial analyses.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating monthly, annual, or long-term cost projections and trend analysis and expenditures

  • Collect and analyze data on operational costs and make recommendations on the company's processes and policies to help reduce cost and maximize profit

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the Logistics team and the Marketing & Product Management team to formulate the most accurate importation costs for the trading business

  • Regular analysis and reporting to drive product and business decisions

  • Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries



Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Mathematics or other related degree

  • CPA License is an advantage

  • Ideally with at least one year of experience in management accounting or cost accounting but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications, particularly in Microsoft Excel
