Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Spanish Ads Compliance Reviewer
responsible for evaluating online media ads, landing pages, and websites in Spanish. You will ensure all Spanish-language ads meet strict regulatory, industry, and company guidelines. Your primary focus will be reviewing Spanish ad content, making informed compliance decisions, and providing actionable feedback to maintain high advertising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review Spanish online media ads, landing pages, and websites to ensure compliance with established ad guidelines and policies.
  • Analyze Spanish ad content—including text, images, and videos—for adherence to regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Evaluate and mark specific sections of Spanish ads, landing pages, and websites as compliant or non-compliant, highlighting areas of concern.
  • Provide clear, concise feedback on non-compliant Spanish ads to guide necessary corrections.
  • Use internal systems and tools to review, track, and manage Spanish ad submissions efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of compliant Spanish ads.
  • Stay informed on updates to ad guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements relevant to Spanish content.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in English (reading and writing).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Spanish (reading and understanding).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with computers and internal review systems.
  • High awareness of compliance and guideline standards.
  • Familiarity with website layouts and elements (banners, headers, footers, navigation menus).
  • Ability to work weekends and potentially night shifts.
  • Understanding of online advertising and digital media is a plus.
