Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line support for Financial Market applications by managing incidents, changes, and services using ITSM frameworks and tools
  • Enhance system reliability through regular monitoring, providing alerts and incident management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues efficiently
  • Monitor production jobs and communicate updates
  • Conduct troubleshooting
  • Ensure adherence to standard procedures
  • Hands-on design, development, and testing using SSIS, SQL Server, C#, and Control-M
  • Leverage Artificial Intelligence capabilities to improve DevOps efficiency and productivity

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years' experience in ITSM or related fields, with proficiency in ITSM tools (such as Helix) and ITIL processes
  • Hands-on experience in DevOps practices, incident management, root cause analysis, and production support, including application performance optimization and automation
  • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure, cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Big Data technologies (such as Spark, Presto, and Airflow)
  • Proficiency in shell scripting, SQL, Linux commands, and troubleshooting techniques for identifying code bugs
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate incident details, follow documented processes, and contribute to operational process design and rollout.
