We're Hiring: DevOps Engineer

Makati | Hybrid | Night Shift

Fully WFH during the first 4 weeks of onboarding

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team In this role, you'll be responsible for providing front-line support for Financial Market applications, managing incidents, changes, and services using ITSM frameworks and tools. You'll play a key part in maintaining system reliability through proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You'll also work hands-on in design, development, and testing using SSIS, SQL Server, C#, and Control-M, while leveraging Artificial Intelligence to improve DevOps efficiency and productivity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support Financial Market applications using ITSM frameworks

  • Monitor system performance, detect issues, and provide incident management and alerts

  • Troubleshoot production jobs and communicate timely updates

  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures

  • Collaborate with regional teams to design, test, and deploy solutions

  • Apply automation and AI-based optimizations to enhance DevOps processes

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years' experience in ITSM or related fields, with proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., Helix) and ITIL processes

  • Hands-on experience in DevOps practices, incident management, root cause analysis, and production support

  • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure, IaC, and Big Data technologies (e.g., Spark, Presto, Airflow)

  • Proficient in shell scripting, SQL, and Linux commands

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to document and follow processes effectively

Nice to Have:

  • At least 2 years of troubleshooting experience

  • Familiarity with shell scripting, ITSM tools, and AWS environments
