The DevOps Technical Lead will spearhead the design and implementation of scalable CI/CD pipelines leveraging tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, and Maven to streamline software delivery. This role demands expertise in cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker, to manage and automate deployments. Proficiency in scripting languages including Python and Bash is essential for automation and operational efficiency. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving Agile practices to enhance project delivery. Effective communication and stakeholder management are critical to align technical solutions with business objectives. The role involves mentoring team members, promoting knowledge sharing, and guiding change management initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills will be applied to optimize infrastructure and resolve complex technical challenges. Overall, the position requires a balanced blend of technical mastery and leadership acumen to drive DevOps excellence.

Responsibilities:


• Demonstrate deep knowledge of cloud technologies, AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline design using GitLab CI, Jenkins, and related tools to architect and maintain robust deployment processes.


• Lead and mentor DevOps engineers and cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.


• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products using Agile methodologies.


• Design, implement, and maintain automated infrastructure and deployment scripts using Python and Bash to enhance operational efficiency.


• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication, reporting, and alignment of DevOps strategies with business goals.


• Drive change management initiatives to adopt new tools and processes, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption.


• Identify and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues, applying strong problem-solving skills to maintain system reliability and performance.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.,

Candidates must have between 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation.,

Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing cross-functional collaboration is essential.
