Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of cloud technologies, AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline design using GitLab CI, Jenkins, and related tools to architect and maintain robust deployment processes.
  • Lead and mentor DevOps engineers and cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products using Agile methodologies.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated infrastructure and deployment scripts using Python and Bash to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication, reporting, and alignment of DevOps strategies with business goals.
  • Drive change management initiatives to adopt new tools and processes, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption.
  • Identify and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues, applying strong problem-solving skills to maintain system reliability and performance.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Candidates must have between 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing cross-functional collaboration is essential.
  • DevOps Technical Lead with 5-8 years of experience skilled in Cloud, AWS CloudFormation, scripting, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline design.
  • Demonstrate strong team leadership, Agile methodology expertise, effective communication, and stakeholder management to drive innovation and operational excellence.
