We are looking for a Data Integration Specialist with strong knowledge of corporate codes, regulations, and data management. The role involves engaging with senior stakeholders at external data providers, establishing data protocols, and ensuring data quality through cleaning, transformation, and exception handling. You'll support engineers in building data pipelines, assist teams in understanding provider data, and perform validation and testing. Proficiency in Excel and SQL is essential. The Data Integration Specialist role is based in our Philippines office.

As a Data Integration Specialist, these are your main responsibilities:

· Build and manage relationships with senior management at external data providers to align agendas and strengthen collaboration.

· Establish and oversee data transfer protocols for both one-time deliveries and ongoing updates.

· Analyze and understand provider data schemas, contents, and behavior to ensure accuracy and usability.

· Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues, working with providers to resolve them effectively.

· Define rules and logic to clean, transform, and handle exceptions in provider data.

· Support engineers in designing and building pipelines to integrate provider data.

· Prepare and conduct testing and validation of data flows and outputs.

· Assist internal teams in understanding provider data and relating it to product functions and business context.

To be considered, you would have:

· At least 3 years of experience in Excel and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and quality checks.

· Strong knowledge of local corporate codes, regulations, and regulator processes.

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to engage effectively with senior leadership.

· Proven skills in data cleaning, transformation, and exception handling.
