Who you areThe Integration Specialist is a key role in supporting customers with their integration needs throughout their Humanforce Implementation and beyond. This role focuses on assisting with the build, delivery, and support of custom integrations, ensuring a smooth customer experience while gaining hands on technical and consulting expertise.
What you will do- Work closely with Senior Integration Consultants, Principal Solution Specialists, and the Professional Services team.
- Triage and resolve integration-related issues logged with Humanforce Support.
- Maintain clear and effective communication across internal teams and customers.
- Contribute to scalable processes and tools to support integrations.
- Support the ongoing improvement of Humanforce's integration ecosystem by:
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation.
- Reviewing and rectifying error logs.
- Providing feedback to the Product & Technology team.
- Gain exposure to middleware, APIs, and integration practices.
- Leverage structured pathways to develop technical expertise and progress into senior consulting or advanced Integration Specialist roles.
- Exposure to HCM, Workforce Management, or Payroll systems.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and integration concepts.
- Familiarity with middleware platforms (e.g., Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate).
- Awareness of authentication standards (e.g., OAuth2, SAML).
- Introductory scripting skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset, with empathy for business challenges.
- Confidence in communicating technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to stay calm and apply critical thinking in high-pressure situations.
- Eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and integration practices.
