The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the design, supervision, testing, and implementation of electrical systems related to generator sets and power distribution equipment. This includes load analysis, electrical layout design, installation supervision, troubleshooting, and commissioning of generator systems in client sites.

The position ensures that all electrical works comply with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), company standards, and client specifications, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Planning: Prepare and review electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, and load calculations to determine suitable generator capacities and ensure proper system integration.
  • Installation and Commissioning: Supervise installation and testing of generator sets, ATS, and control systems; ensure proper grounding, protection, and performance before energization.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical faults in generators and switchgear; support preventive maintenance and recommend system improvements.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and safety standards; coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and implement safety procedures, risk assessments, and energy-efficient practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer (Registered Electrical Engineer or Professional Electrical Engineer) is preferred; however, newly licensed engineers are welcome to apply.
  • At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in generator, power distribution, or industrial electrical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of generator control systems, ATS, switchgear, and synchronization panels.
  • Familiar with load computation, voltage regulation, power factor correction, and fault analysis.
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design software.
  • With understanding of the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and related standards
  • Must be willing to travel and work on project sites as required.
  • Preferably residing in or near Quezon City for accessibility to the company's operations.
