We're Hiring: Store & E-Commerce Manager

Run Noir like it's your own shop. Own daily operations, grow online sales, and lead small-team execution.

Role Details

  • Type: Full-time · Multi-hat

  • Schedule: 5–6 days/week (store hours)

  • Location: Pasig (On-site)

  • Compensation: ₱51,000/month

What You'll Own

  • Store ops: open/close, POS/cash, inventory checks, end-of-day reports

  • E-commerce: TikTok Shop / Shopee / Lazada listings, promos, smooth fulfillment

  • Marketing calendar: plan posts, coordinate content, align to drops/events

  • Basic finance: track sales & expenses; submit simple weekly summaries

  • Partnerships: coordinate creators; explore consignment/retail partners

  • Problem-solving: spot issues early and fix them fast

Must-Haves (Core)

  • Experience: 1+ year in retail or e-commerce OR you've run a small shop/online store

  • Platforms: comfortable with any ONE of TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Lazada (learn the rest quickly)

  • Ops & numbers: use spreadsheets for sales/inventory; follow SOPs

  • Ownership mindset: organized, reliable, proactive; can lead a small team

  • Availability: on-site in Pasig, 5–6 days/week

  • Laptop: working laptop for daily tasks (store computer available as backup)

  • No college degree required — skills and results matter most

Nice-to-Haves

  • Led a store/team; did scheduling and target setting

  • Set up simple KPIs or a basic P&L

  • Ran boosts/ads (FB, TikTok Promote) and read results

  • Negotiated with suppliers, creators, or consignment partners

  • Live selling/on-cam; fashion/retail background; visual merchandising

How Success Is Measured (30/60/90)

  • 30 days: clean ops (cash & inventory accuracy), on-time posts, orders shipped within SLA

  • 60 days: weekly KPI report running; improved DM response time; first small campaign delivered

  • 90 days: MoM sales growth; fewer fulfillment errors; at least one new partnership lead
