JOB SUMMARY

This position shall be primarily responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the brands' online selling activities and establishes its online presence.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensures seamless customer experience from user's interface up to the product delivery
  • Coordinates with external Web Developers in applying technical requirements set by the management
  • Implements only store sales strategies to achieve given sales target per brand
  • Assists the Brand with sites' content enhancement
  • Executes excellent service with online customers and resolves negative feedback in a professional way
  • Management of sales and operations of online stores such as brand web store, Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, and Zalora
  • Coordinate with different department such as Accounting, SPD/CSD, Marketing, Retail, Concession, Merchandising and Warehouse
  • Performs other related tasks as instructed by immediate head

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
  • With a least 2 years related experience in retail, sales or operations
  • Knowledgeable in B2C E-commerce, merchandising and marketplace management
  • Proficient with English and Filipino in both oral and written
  • Must have strong administrative, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Keen to details
