Position: Resort Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage and lead a team of dedicated staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance throughout the property.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the resort and develop special packages.
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Resort Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
