Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the BingoPlus El Nido Branch. This role ensures smooth day-to-day activities, compliance with company policies, achievement of sales and operational targets, and the delivery of excellent customer service. The Branch Manager leads, trains, and motivates staff while maintaining a safe, efficient, and customer-friendly gaming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
- Manage branch operations in compliance with company standards and gaming regulations.
- Monitor daily transactions, sales, and cash handling to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Ensure proper maintenance of gaming machines, systems, and facilities.
- Implement promotional activities and campaigns to drive customer engagement.
People Management
- Supervise, train, and evaluate branch staff, ensuring alignment with company policies and service standards.
- Create work schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance.
- Foster teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.
- Address staff concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions as needed.
Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional customer experience by handling escalations and addressing customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons, promoting responsible gaming.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with PAGCOR and other regulatory requirements.
- Safeguard branch assets, including cash, inventory, and equipment.
- Prepare and submit accurate branch reports on sales, expenses, and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular audits and inventory checks.
Business Development
- Identify opportunities to increase branch profitability and customer base.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams for local initiatives.
- Analyze customer trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 3–5 years of experience in branch management, retail, gaming, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Knowledge of gaming operations and PAGCOR regulations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS or gaming systems.
- Customer-oriented, detail-driven, and results-focused.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
