Position Title : Sales Assistant
Department : Sales
Reports To : Sales Director
Primary Purpose of the Position:
To support the Sales team in executing daily operations, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring the smooth implementation of sales, marketing, and e-commerce initiatives. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand presence, maintaining customer engagement, and driving sales through both traditional and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Sales Support
· Serves as the primary office-based contact for customer inquiries and order processing. of telemarketing / online managed accounts.
· Coordinates with logistics, finance, and inventory teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
E-commerce and Social Media Management
· Responds to customer messages, comments, and product inquiries (both online and via telemarketing) in a timely and professional manner.
· Monitors platform analytics and report on trends and engagement performance.
Telemarketing and Lead Generation
· Conducts outbound calls to potential customers, introduce product offerings, and generate sales leads for the sales team.
Administrative and Operational Support
· Handles general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating internal communications for the Sales department.
Other Duties as Assigned
· Performs additional tasks or special projects related to marketing, sales, or business development as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
· At least 1-2 years of relevant experience (preferably in a wholesale or SME environment)
· Proficient in social media platforms, e-commerce systems, and basic office software
· Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills
· Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting
