Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative specializing in chat support, located in Quezon City. The individual will handle customer inquiries through online chat platforms, resolve issues effectively, and provide accurate information about products or services. Responsibilities also include tracking and documenting customer interactions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.
Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills, including proficiency in grammar and typing speed
- Proficiency in using chat platforms and software tools for customer support
- Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt communication styles to meet diverse customer needs
- Experience in customer service or a related field preferred, but not required
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude, especially under pressure
- Willingness to work on-site in Quezon City and flexible with working hours
