Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative at Fastrising. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing an overall excellent customer experience. This role combines both on-site and work-from-home flexibility, ensuring that you have the ability to work in an environment that suits your needs. The on-site role is located in Quezon City.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in any field is preferable
