OPERATIONS

  1. Facilitates order taking and all dine in and take out needs of guests

  2. Ensures all tables, chairs, utensils, condiments and all things dine in related are complete and in good condition

  3. Removes dirty dishes and utensils from tables between courses and clears tables after guests leave

  4. Ensures the store follows food service requirement of serving hot food hot and cold food cold

  5. Ensures food ordered is served within the standard serving time of not more than 20 minutes

  6. Collects and safe keeps all receipts from all transactions generated in the day's operation

  7. Receives all payment generated from customer sales

  8. Champions POS related policy and procedure

  9. Accountability in endorsing complete sales and other cash related duties and responsibilities

  10. Strictly man the store's dining area at all times

  11. Makes sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly

  12. Greet and assists customers to their tables

  13. Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)

  14. Offer menu recommendations upon request

  15. Answer questions about menu items, food sensitivities and food substitutions

  16. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints

  17. Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff

  18. Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems

  19. Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area

  20. Deliver checks and collect bill payments

  21. Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning

  22. Champions POS and cash accountability during operation

  23. Champions company vision and mission

  24. Spearheads implementation of all company operations procedures and policy

SALES GENERATION

  1. Performs up-selling and suggestive selling

CASH ENDORSEMENT

  1. Complete endorsement of cash, credit cards, receipts and other related documents to cashier.

STORE CLEANLINESS AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Ensure the proper upkeep of the store by performing cleaning, organizing and sanitizing as may be assigned

  2. Monitor and report to management any breakage, malfunction, or deterioration of utensils, tools and equipment of the store.
