Position Title: Waiter / Food Server

Department: Food & Beverage / Restaurant Operations

Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor / Manager

Responsible for providing excellent dining service to restaurant guests. This includes greeting customers, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals accurately and promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations when requested.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure all orders are delivered correctly.
  • Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or complaints professionally.
  • Clear and reset tables between guests, maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area.
  • Process bills, accept payments, and issue receipts as needed.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
  • Assist in setting up and closing the dining area before and after service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
