Key Responsibilities of Dining Staff:

  • Greeting guests: Welcoming guests warmly and making them feel comfortable.
  • Taking orders: Accurately and efficiently taking food and beverage orders.
  • Serving food and drinks: Delivering food and beverages promptly and ensuring they are properly presented.
  • Clearing tables: Removing used dishes and glasses and preparing tables for the next guests.
  • Providing customer service: Anticipating and addressing guest needs, offering recommendations, and resolving any issues.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dining area: Ensuring the dining area is tidy and inviting.
  • Knowledge of the menu: Being able to answer questions about menu items and ingredients.
  • Following food safety regulations: Ensuring proper handling and storage of food and beverages.
  • Processing bills: Using POS systems to accurately calculate and collect payments.
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff: Communicating orders and ensuring smooth service.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php Php500.00 per day
