As the Digital Marketing Deputy, you will act as the right hand to the Digital Marketing Manager, helping oversee and coordinate projects across global teams. Your focus will be on data analysis, marketing automation, and ensuring smooth coordination between the digital team and regional marketing offices. You'll be responsible for improving processes, streamlining reporting, and supporting execution through insights and cross-team alignment. This role is designed for someone who can step in as second-in-command, balancing hands-on analytics with team leadership when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in overseeing digital projects across regions and functions. Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment of all initiatives with business objectives. Provide structured updates and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate between the digital marketing team, regional marketing teams, and global teams (web, design, content). Facilitate smooth communication to align priorities, streamline request handling, and reduce delays. Act as the central point of contact to ensure digital efforts are consistent across markets.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data across SEO, SEM, social, and CRM systems. Consolidate information into structured datasets that uncover performance patterns and gaps. Use insights to drive recommendations that directly improve lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track campaign performance, lead quality, and team efficiency. Leverage tools such as Looker Studio to provide real-time visibility for decision-makers. Highlight SQL conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI metrics to guide resource allocation.
  • Monitor lead generation and qualification metrics across channels. Track the movement of leads through the funnel, from MQLs to SQLs, to assess marketings direct contribution to revenue. Provide recommendations to strengthen targeting and improve conversion quality.
  • Track and report on team capacity, project timelines, and resource allocation. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies that impact campaign delivery. Recommend process adjustments and automation tools that enable the team to handle higher volumes without sacrificing quality.
  • Support automation and process improvement initiatives. Implement tools and workflows that reduce manual reporting, minimize errors, and speed up campaign execution. Continuously refine processes to support scalable, data-driven growth.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across analytics tools, CRM platforms, and reporting dashboards. Establish checks and processes that maintain high-quality datasets for consistent decision-making. Validate data regularly to ensure reporting reflects true business outcomes.

  • Act as a backup to the Digital Marketing Manager when needed. Lead team communications, oversee project execution, and maintain reporting cadence in the managers absence. Ensure continuity of operations while safeguarding performance standards.
  • Provide performance summaries and actionable recommendations to management. Deliver insights that connect marketing performance to business outcomes, including SQLs and revenue impact. Present data-backed strategies that strengthen overall marketing contribution to the bottom line.

Skills And Qualifications

  • At least 4 years experience in digital marketing, with emphasis on analytics, reporting, and campaign coordination.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, AHrefs, WordPress, CRM tools like Hubspot and Pipedrive, and Asana preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting dashboards such as Looker Studio.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional global teams.
  • Experience in B2B marketing preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
