Role Description
The Senior HR Consultant will serve as the strategic partner to the Group HR Head and the Executive Leadership Team in shaping and executing the company's overall people and organization strategy. The consultant will provide strategic guidance, leadership coaching, organizational diagnostics, and policy direction
to ensure alignment of HR practices with business goals. The role is both advisory and hands-on — balancing strategic foresight with practical execution support to strengthen HR systems, leadership capabilities, and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic advisor to the Group HR Head and Executive Committee on all people and organization matters.
- Translate business strategy into actionable HR plans covering workforce planning, succession, capability development, and organizational design.
- Provide executive coaching to HR and business leaders, fostering leadership maturity and accountability.
- Drive HR transformation and modernization initiatives — HRIS rollout, performance management redesign, and total rewards optimization.
- Lead organizational diagnostics and recommend structural realignments to improve efficiency, engagement, and performance.
- Partner with senior leaders to institutionalize a culture of high performance, innovation, and people-centricity.
- Oversee talent strategy, including management trainee programs, leadership pipelines, and competency frameworks.
- Recommend upskilling programs aligned with the company's business direction and future skills agenda.
- Evaluate and strengthen HR governance frameworks, policies, and compliance across multiple business units.
- Advise on labor relations, executive compensation, and organizational risk mitigation.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, at least 5 years in an HR Director, VP HR, or CHRO-equivalent capacity.
- Proven track record in organizational transformation, strategic workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Strong background in multi-industry or conglomerate environments (hospitality, real estate, construction, or shared services preferred).
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Experience in managing Employee Relations
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in organizational development and change management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
