Mission :

To ensure seamless, efficient, and cost-effective flow of goods, information and resources across the supply chain. To focus on maintaining accurate inventory records, resolving material issues promptly, and ensuring data quality is at the highest level.

Job Description:

Order Processing and Management:

  • Process and book orders of local and indent into the SAP as orders received and check its order acknowledgement, correctness of quantity, part numbers, prices, partner functions and description of orders.
  • Create manual PO - orders when necessary.
  • Well-timed sending of PO for non-interfaced and orders follow-up for Sales Orders.
  • Run and analyze reports weekly, utilizing tools such as Sales Order Monitor and Purchase Order Monitor and communicate the issues and concerns with AC Vendors.

Invoice Issuance:

  • Issue sales invoices for both local and indent orders based on the agreed payment terms and prepare all the required documents and data for machine and mention serial nos. if necessary.
  • Review all the tasks received from credit and collection for cancellation and re-invoice request.

Material Issue Resolving

  • Material number creation and price update for both global and local part numbers.
  • Materials not working and incorrect data showing in C4C, this role will investigate why these issues may be occurring, coming up with solutions on how to resolve and resolve in a timely manner.

Other Task and Issue Resolving:

  • Working with global teams to resolve any issues through Solman, My Quest and SNOW tickets or colleagues directly such as divisional data specialists.
  • Responsible for available Logistics KPI.
  • Managing common files for Local and Indent machine orders for OR monitoring.
  • Provide Monthly Projection Report by sending the availability of equipment sales orders.
