By acting as Inside Sales, you will

  • Identify new market segments

Marketing Qualification

  • Execute outbound marketing qualifications by reaching out to existing and potential customers through prospecting calls, emails, and other digital channels to generate interest and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
  • Responding to inbound requests and inquiries of our prospects and customers and providing immediate assistance and responses based on their requirement and recommended value sales-driven rental solutions.
  • Analyze and research potential organizations, identifying key leaders and decision makers to accelerate discussions and conversions.
  • Route qualified leads and opportunities to respective sales engineers through the CRM system for further development and sales closure
  • Develop and maintain a good customer relationship and ensure excellent customer experience throughout all touchpoints.

Business Development Support

  • Actively research, identify and prioritize new prospects, opportunities, and growing market segments using market Intelligence on project databases like IIR, implementing potential growth activities on key accounts, and more.
  • Managing records and assigned accounts in accordance with company provided guidelines and standard procedures.
  • Keep updated on all quotations through the sales funnel and process all orders with a cradle-to-grave mentality.
  • Effectively update and maintain the CRM system to maintain a 360 view of our customers.

Lead Generation Based on Local Initiatives

To succeed, you will need

You have 2 - 3 years of working experience and are familiar with social media and technologically savvy.

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, digital marketing, or equivalent.
  • We welcome fresh graduates to gain initial practical experience.
  • Passionate about sales in machinery and customer success with strong communication skills
  • A strong focus on continual improvement, being highly motivated with a positive attitude and excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Being mature, calm and professional under pressure and always treating clients with respect.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Open for multi-tasking yet focused on delivering on time.
  • With a passion to be a field sales engineer in near future.
