HR Staff

The HR Staff is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in managing employee-related processes, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and records management. This role ensures compliance with company policies and labor regulations while assisting in the smooth execution of HR functions that promote a positive and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
Prepare and maintain employee records, including contracts, personal files, and attendance.
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company.
Assist in administering employee benefits, payroll processing, and government-mandated contributions.
Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR matters.
Prepare HR-related reports and provide administrative support to the HR Manager or Supervisor.
Support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and other employee relations activities as directed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in HR or administrative work is an advantage.
Knowledge of labor laws, government regulations, and HR best practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS is an advantage.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
