Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Manager oversees food and beverage operations ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction at the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, direct, evaluate, deliver and maintain excellent food and beverage service, guest satisfaction, reasonable marketing, operating costs, profit margin and proper hygiene.
  • Oversee and ensure smooth day–to–day operation of the F&B operations of the resort.
  • Provide prompt and efficient service of all meals, snacks, functions and beverages to the required standards.
  • Monitor all special parties and functions e.g. wedding, special occasions etc.
  • Ensure that all person in-charge including Executive Chef adhere to controlling procedures as outlined in the policy.
  • Ensure correct handling procedures to minimize breakage and food waste, and monitor that inventory of kitchen supplies and requirements are properly done.
  • Manage / lead subordinates successfully into productive working methods.
  • Control on Shift scheduling.
  • Implement correct disciplinary procedures and ensure compliance of staff.
  • Marketing and Sales Promotions for Food and Beverage.
  • Collaborative with Executive Chef and Food and Beverage team to design and update menu.
  • Analyze sales reports and market trends to implement strategies for maintaining revenue.
  • Participate in hotel-wide meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Maintain equipment and facilities, coordinating repairs and maintenance, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food and Beverage/Hospitality Management or any business-related courses.
  • Must have at least 3-year experience in Food and Beverage Service preferably in Hotel / Resort operation, and with good background or experience in Banquet and Ala-Carte settings / operations.
  • Proficient in Food Costing, Cost Control and Cost Analysis, Budgeting and expense management.
  • With strong Management and Organizational skills (hands-on management style)
  • With proficient verbal and written communications skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Bagac, Bataan.
  • Willing to work irregular hours, late evenings, holidays and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php38,000.00 per month
