Position: US HR Generalist

Work Setup: Work-from-Home

Work Shift: Night (aligned with US hours)

Qualifications:

  • HR Certification (PHR or SHRM- CP)
  • 2 years' experience in a PEO environment
  • Excellent customer service and follow up skills
  • Ability to clearly and accurately communicate, translating complex HR subject matter and deliver solution to managers and C-Suite client contacts
  • Natural relationship builder with ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence with a client centric attitude
  • Preferred Qualifications:Restaurant or Hospitality industry experience
