Role Overview

The IT Generalist (Systems Integration & Automation) will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SOS's integrated technology ecosystem to support its Employer of Record (EOR) operations. This role will focus on improving automation, system efficiency, data integrity, and IT/security governance across all platforms used by SOS and its international entities. The position combines hands-on system integration work (CRM, payroll, accounting, and fintech platforms) with broader responsibilities in IT support, security management, and business process automation. The role will also support the setup of an internal AI & Process Automation Team to scale productivity across HR, Finance, and Client Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Integration & Workflow Automation

 Lead end-to-end system integration projects across key platforms: HubSpot CRM,

Sprout HRIS, QuickBooks, Airwallex, and Wise.

 Develop automated workflows linking client pipeline → quotation → invoicing →

collection → payroll.

 Integrate Sprout → payroll → QuickBooks → invoicing for accurate cost and revenue

reconciliation.

 Implement automated bank reconciliation for multi-currency accounts using

Airwallex/Wise APIs.

 Introduce and manage digital signature tools (e.g. DocuSign, PandaDoc) to streamline

client contracts and onboarding.

 Maintain data mapping and process documentation for all system linkages.

IT Support & Security Management

 Establish and manage a Tier 1 IT Support Desk to handle user access, troubleshooting,

and hardware/software requests.

 Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) and centralised identity management for company-

wide access control.

 Conduct quarterly IT security reviews and coordinate penetration testing with third-

party providers.

 Develop and maintain a documented Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) plan.

 Manage IT asset inventory, access logs, and endpoint security compliance.

 Ensure adherence to data privacy laws (RA 10173, GDPR) and internal security standards.

AI & Process Automation

 Establish a dedicated AI & Process Automation Team (2–3 staff) to identify and

automate recurring workflows.

 Design and deploy AI chatbots for candidate screening, HR queries, and client FAQs.

 Automate recurring HR and finance processes such as payroll validation, compliance

reporting, and onboarding forms.

 Partner with department heads to identify automation opportunities using low-code

tools or APIs.

 Train internal users on adopting automation tools and tracking process KPIs.

Data Visualisation & Reporting

 Design and deploy data dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for operational

and financial reporting.

 Consolidate metrics from CRM, payroll, and finance systems into a single source of truth.

 Build automated reporting templates for client accounts, recruitment pipelines, and

financial health.

 Ensure data accuracy and version control across platforms.

Continuous Improvement & Governance

 Review current system architecture and recommend future enhancements.

 Maintain an up-to-date systems and integration roadmap aligned with SOS's growth

strategy.

 Support new software evaluations, vendor management, and licence tracking.

 Promote IT best practices, user awareness training, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or

related field.

 Minimum 4–6 years' experience in IT systems integration, automation, or systems

administration roles.

 Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot, QuickBooks Online, Sprout HRIS, Airwallex,

and Wise integrations (API, Zapier, or native connectors).

 Proficiency with workflow automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make/Integromat, Power

Automate).

 Strong understanding of cloud systems, identity management, and cybersecurity

practices.

 Experience implementing SSO and access management tools (e.g. Google Workspace

Admin, Okta, Azure AD).

 Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (Python, JavaScript, SQL)

advantageous.

 Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) for data reporting.

 Excellent documentation, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

 Strong English communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with

technical and non-technical teams.

Performance KPIs

 Successful integration of all core systems (CRM, HRIS, Finance, FinTech).

 % reduction in manual data entry or duplicate effort through automation.

 System uptime and response time for IT support requests.

 Completion and maintenance of security audits and BC/DR documentation.

 Delivery of accurate and automated monthly management dashboards.

 User satisfaction and adoption rate of new systems or automations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
