About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand-building initiatives across digital, experiential, and influencer channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution—and who understands how to craft emotionally resonant campaigns that elevate a luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & SEM

  • Develop and implement content strategies across all social media platforms.
  • Optimize paid search campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.

Events & Brand Activation

  • Plan and execute high-impact events that engage customers and amplify brand presence.
  • Collaborate with clinic teams to align activations with seasonal campaigns and product launches.

PR & Media Relations

  • Build and nurture relationships with media outlets and journalists.
  • Secure press coverage and manage brand reputation across traditional and digital channels.

Influencer Marketing & Content Collaboration

  • Identify and partner with influencers aligned with Luminisce's brand values.
  • Co-create authentic, visually compelling content that resonates with target audiences.

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and site performance.
  • Collaborate with web developers and content creators to ensure seamless user experience.

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Design and execute email campaigns for promotions, education, and customer nurturing.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize for engagement and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio across digital, events, and influencer campaigns.
  • Proven success in SEM, SEO, and email marketing strategies.
  • Capable of building a strong network of media and influencer contacts in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle space.
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Web Analytics
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
