About the Company

Ben's Windoors Inc. is a trusted manufacturer and installer of high-quality uPVC windows and doors since 2004. As we continue to expand our operations—including our upcoming uPVC extrusion line launch in 2025—we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing teams toward growth and brand excellence.

The ideal candidate will take charge of strategic marketing, sales leadership, client presentations, and the overall management of marketing operations, including our participation in major industry events such as Worldbex 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the marketing and sales teams across all branches.
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies that achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Oversee marketing operations, campaigns, promotions, and brand activities both online and on-ground.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct client presentations, meetings, and project proposals with professionalism and confidence.
  • Create and manage pricing strategies for both retail and project-based clients, including new uPVC extrusion products.
  • Collaborate with management in planning marketing budgets and ROI tracking.
  • Supervise digital marketing performance, ensuring brand consistency across social media and other channels.
  • Plan and lead company participation in national trade fairs and expos such as Worldbex 2026.
  • Coordinate closely with production and operations teams to align marketing with product availability and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 or more years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in sales or marketing.
  • Proven background in construction, building materials, uPVC, or real estate industry is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills — able to supervise both sales and marketing teams effectively.
  • Excellent strategic planning, pricing, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, SEO, email campaigns, etc.)
  • Skilled in presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management.
  • Experience in event management or trade exhibitions (e.g., Worldbex or similar expos).
  • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable preparing reports and marketing materials.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge in market analytics, pricing strategy, and product positioning for industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, design, and operations).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven marketing.
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to represent the company in high-level meetings and client presentations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
