Background

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team, specializing in Telecommunication Infrastructure Solutions related to AC/DC power systems, renewable energy, energy storage, cooling systems, RF and fibre solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise, designing customized solutions, and ensuring customer requirements are met with the highest level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • This role involves close collaboration with customers, sales teams, and product development teams to deliver innovative and reliable solutions.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in AC power systems, DC rectifiers, battery, RF and fibre technologies.
  • Strong understanding of power distribution, energy storage, and backup power solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a pre-sales, technical support, or engineering role.
  • Hands-on experience with AC/DC power systems, rectifiers, and battery technologies (e.g., lead-acid, lithium-ion).
  • Experience in conducting site surveys, power audits, and system design.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully supporting sales teams and closing technical deals.
  • Must have current engagement experience with Telco's and TowerCo's in the Philippines.

Job Description

  • Responsible as the technical expert during the pre-sales process.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to customers.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues during the pre-sales phase.
  • Collaborate with the product development, engineering teams and suppliers/ principals on designs and calculations to ensure solutions align with customer needs and industry standards.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to evaluate power requirements and propose optimal solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and manuals.
  • Participate in trade shows, seminars, and customer meetings to promote products and solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php100,000.00 per month
