What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Respond promptly to client inquiries and address their concerns
  3. Assist with booking and reservation management
  4. Provide information about the company's services, facilities, and local attractions
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions
  6. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's client service processes

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of delivering high-quality client care
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with client management software
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  5. Passion for the hospitality and tourism industry and a willingness to learn and grow
  6. Fluency in English and the local language(s) is preferred
