  • Review and process purchase requisitions, evaluate quotations, and prepare POs.
  • Coordinate with departments and vendors on item availability, pricing, delivery, and requirements.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and help resolve issues on delivery, quality, and terms.
  • Monitor and follow up delivery schedules and update concerned personnel.
  • Maintain organized and updated purchasing records and ensure vendor order confirmations.
  • Develop new suppliers to improve cost and service.
  • Support company programs, uphold corporate values, comply with QMS and safety standards, and maintain confidentiality.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain related majors
  • 2 years minimum experience in Purchasing and Materials Planning for Manufacturing Industry
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS, Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of MRP systems and commercial software for forecasting and demand management
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
