Job Summary:

We are looking for a Purchaser to join our construction team. The Purchaser will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, supplies, and equipment essential for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate suppliers for construction materials and services
  • Request and review quotations, negotiate prices, and prepare purchase orders
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and warehouse staff for material requirements
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast future material needs
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of construction materials and equipment is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
