Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

Post job advertisements and coordinate candidate sourcing.

Screen applications, schedule interviews, and assist in the selection process.

Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and new hire documents.

Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation of new employees.

  1. Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.

Support employee recognition programs, team-building, and company events.

Assist in performance evaluation process and documentation.

Help maintain a positive work culture aligned with company values.

  1. Timekeeping, Payroll & Benefits Administration

Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and overtime through the timekeeping system.

Coordinate with Accounting on payroll preparation and government contributions.

Handle employee benefits processing (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, etc.).

  1. HR Compliance & Documentation

Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR database.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.

Draft HR memos, disciplinary notices, and policy updates as needed.

Prepare HR reports for management (headcount, turnover, absences, etc.).

  1. Training & Development Support

Assist in identifying training needs across departments.

Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.

Support employee development initiatives to improve productivity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.

At least 2–3 years of HR experience covering multiple HR functions.

Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualities

Hands-on and detail-oriented, with a "can-do" attitude.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing company environment.

Strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Willingness to work closely with operations and management teams.

Job Type: Full-time
