Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines P & D Medivet Distribution Inc. Full time $70,000 - $120,000 per year

Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying a customer's needs, detailing the features, advantage, and benefits of pet products to ensure a positive experience from the start of purchase to repeat order.

Job Scope:

  1. Product Promotion / Detailing.

  2. Content Selling Strategies.

  3. Cost Effective Analysis.

  4. Negotiation and Handling Objection.

  5. Maintaining Good Business Relationship.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Generating Leads and Profiling of Customer for Pet Products.

  2. Zooning / Mapping of area or territory during call coverage or field visit.

  3. Product Detailing / Presentation– selling the features, advantage, and benefits of pet products.

  4. Responsible of booking sales order of pet products tailor fit to customer needs.

  5. Responsible to achieve 100% all KPIs – Direct Sales, Reach, Frequency and Productive calls.

  6. Submit accomplishment report in a weekly basis.

  7. Submit Monthly Coverage Plan (MCP) in monthly basis.

  8. Execution of Monthly activities aligned with marketing plans – 100% On Time Execution (OTE)

  9. Responsible to get the competitors report and market insights.

  10. Execution of Basic Call Procedure (BCP) during field visit.

  11. Presentation of monthly business review – data driven thru SAP in monthly basis.

Job Qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Graduate of any 4-year course

  2. Understanding of sales process and product knowledge.

  3. Minimum of 1 year of sales or marketing experience.

  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  5. Good in Problem – Solving Skills.

  6. Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  7. Willing to assign inside and outside of Metro Manila.
