Position Overview

The
Data Verifier
is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity of all technical, operational, and system data used across the company's platforms and workflows. This role fuses data verification, document control, and information management responsibilities, acting as a quality gate before data is integrated into internal systems and used for operations, reporting, and decision-making.

The Data Verifier works closely with engineering, operations, sales, and IT teams to ensure that all information complies with company standards, regulatory requirements, and defined business processes.

Key Responsibilities1. Data & Document Verification

  • Review, validate, and authenticate technical documents, drawings, specifications, certificates, and equipment information related to engineering, utilities, or facility management.
  • Verify accuracy and consistency of data across multiple sources (documents, spreadsheets, CRM, and internal systems).
  • Ensure submitted documents and data comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.
  • Validate product and asset information (e.g., electrical, communication, mechanical components) against approved references and industry codes.
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and coordinate corrections with internal teams or external suppliers.
  • Maintain a controlled and versioned repository of approved, updated, and archived documents.

  • Information Management & Data Quality Control

  • Analyze incoming data sets for completeness, structure, accuracy, and logical consistency before system entry or approval.

  • Apply defined data verification checklists, validation rules, and approval workflows.
  • Track and document data issues, resolutions, and corrective actions for audit and traceability purposes.
  • Prepare structured reports, summaries, and data quality metrics for management review.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by ensuring reliable and validated information is available to stakeholders.

  • System, CRM & Software Inputs

  • Enter, review, and verify data in CRM and internal software platforms to ensure correctness and alignment with process requirements.

  • Manage templates, data fields, metadata, and reference values to support standardized system inputs.
  • Support the development and improvement of data-related workflows within CRM and operational systems.
  • Coordinate with system administrators or developers to report data structure issues, improvement needs, or automation opportunities.

  • Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure adherence to established information management, document control, and data governance procedures.

  • Assist in developing and refining data verification guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Proactively identify risks related to data integrity, document accuracy, or system misuse and recommend improvements.
  • Support audits, internal reviews, and compliance checks related to information and documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, Data Management, Electronics, Communications, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Atleast 1 Year Formal Working Experience in document control, data verification, technical analysis, or information management is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies, errors, and gaps in data and documentation.
  • Experience working with structured data, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or enterprise software platforms; ability to follow and enforce structured data entry rules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • High sense of accountability, accuracy, and confidentiality when handling company data.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Organized, methodical, and process-oriented mindset.
  • Can report to either our Alabang or Davao Philippines Office (whichever is nearer) or Amritsar India Office
