Job Description:

  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
  • Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks
  • Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
  • Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
  • Continuing to improve the payment process
  • Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures
  • Assemble and review invoices to be completed for payment
  • Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files
  • Type periodic reports and other records
  • Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments
  • Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers
  • Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Input daily bookkeeping and record keeping
  • Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors

Qualifications:

  • Male/Female
  • Graduate of any course related to Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Work experience as an Accounting Assistant, Accounting officer, or similar role.
  • Flexible and able to work collaboratively with colleagues. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of Bank statements.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
  • Can start as soon as possible.
  • Willing to be assigned at Alabang, Muntinlupa City
