Accounting Assistant - Invoicing

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain up-to-date client records for invoicing purposes.
  • Handle the preparation and issuance of invoices for payment processing and collection.
  • Accountable for verifying data to ensure the accuracy of issued invoices.
  • Report any client disputes for timely corrective action.
  • Verify delivery receipts and ensure all open delivery receipts are closed before the cut-off.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics Department to ensure goods are properly arranged and dispatched in good condition.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to invoicing-related processes.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned from time to time
