Payroll Administration
- Assist in preparing and processing biweekly/monthly payroll for all employees.
- Verify timesheets, attendance records, and pay-related changes such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
- Review payroll reports for accuracy, resolving discrepancies in coordination with HR Officer.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with payroll procedures, tax laws, and labor regulations..
- Assist with the enrollment, changes, and termination of employee benefits plans including health, dental, retirement, disability, and wellness programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits coverage, eligibility, and claims processes.
- Coordinate with benefit providers to resolve issues and ensure accurate records.
- Support annual benefits open enrollment, including communications, tracking, and data entry.
- Maintain and update HRIS and personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare HR reports such as headcount, payroll summaries, and benefits utilization.
- Assist with onboarding documentation, orientation materials, and employee status changes.
- Ensure practices comply with employment laws, company policies, and data privacy requirements.
- Support audits and compliance reviews by preparing documentation as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
