Join Our Team as a Virtual Dental Assistant

We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Onsite Virtual Dental Assistant to join our growing team This role requires you to work onsite at our office while providing virtual support to a dental clinic. You'll help ensure patients receive excellent service, maintain data privacy, and uphold high professional standards.

Please note: Applicants must be based nearby and able to report onsite daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients virtually and accurately collect required personal and medical information
  • Respond to inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and clarity
  • Manage phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and follow-ups
  • Communicate effectively with dental professionals, patients, and team members
  • Keep digital patient records organized and generate reports as needed
  • Perform general administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

  • College graduate or experienced in customer service
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Reliable, professional, and approachable
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented, office-based environment
  • Quick to adapt, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with computers and online tools
  • Experience in a dental or medical setting is a plus, but not required

Training Program Includes:

  • Basic dental terms and procedures
  • Effective patient communication
  • Hands-on training with clinic-specific software

Training Compensation:

  • Php 10,000 for Training Period
  • Includes night differential pay

Training Schedule:

  • 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Philippine Time)
  • 6-hour shift with a 1-hour break

Post-Training Work Schedule:

  • 9-hour shift (including a 1-hour break)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
