What You'll Do:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  • Guide customers through our products/services and answer their questions
  • Keep accurate records of interactions, solutions, and feedback
  • Collaborate with your team to hit performance targets and maintain a high level of service
  • Follow company guidelines to ensure quality and consistency

Who We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
  • A customer-first mindset, with a natural ability to empathize and resolve issues
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude, even when handling difficult situations
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Previous experience is a plus but not required
  • Open to working in flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • A high school diploma is required; a college degree is a bonus
