What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage with customers through chat, provide prompt and accurate responses to a wide range of inquiries
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills to efficiently address customer needs
  • Document interactions and follow up on actions in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Telco products, services, and policies to provide customers with reliable information
  • Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators and customer satisfaction goals

What We're Looking For

  • HS/SHS GRAD + Open to all segment, WITHOUT or WITH BPO experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the Telco industry-CHAT SUPPORT
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data entry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities
