- esponsibilities: HR Strategy Implementation:
A - ssist the HRBP in aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
C - ontribute to workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
S upport change management initiatives and drive organizational development.
Employee Relations:
A- ct as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
P - rovide guidance on company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
A ddress employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues as needed.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
C- ollaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely hiring of talent.
O versee onboarding processes and ensure new hires integrate smoothly.
Performance Management:
S- upport the execution of performance appraisal processes.
W ork with managers to identify performance improvement plans and employee development needs.
Learning & Development:
A- ssist in identifying training needs and organizing development programs.
P romote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Data Management & Reporting:
M- aintain accurate employee records and HR metrics.
A nalyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.
Compliance:
E- nsure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
S upport audits and prepare necessary documentation.
Collaboration:
P- artner with HR teams, including payroll, recruitment, and learning & development, to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
F - oster strong relationships across departments to drive business results.
Q
- ualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
2 - –3 years of experience in HR, with exposure to HR business partnering.
W - ith a good understanding of Philippine Labor Law.
E - xcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
P - roficient in HRIS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
S - trong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
H - igh level of discretion and confidentiality.
