  • ollaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely hiring of talent.

  • versee onboarding processes and ensure new hires integrate smoothly.

  • erformance Management:

  • upport the execution of performance appraisal processes.

  • ork with managers to identify performance improvement plans and employee development needs.

  • earning & Development:

  • ssist in identifying training needs and organizing development programs.

  • romote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

  • ata Management & Reporting:

  • aintain accurate employee records and HR metrics.

  • nalyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.

  • ompliance:

  • nsure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

  • upport audits and prepare necessary documentation.

  • ollaboration:

  • artner with HR teams, including payroll, recruitment, and learning & development, to ensure seamless HR service delivery.

  • oster strong relationships across departments to drive business results.

Q

  • ualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

  • –3 years of experience in HR, with exposure to HR business partnering.

  • ith a good understanding of Philippine Labor Law.

  • xcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    P
  • roficient in HRIS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • trong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
