HR Business Partner

Location: Remote, Philippines

Smart Outsourcing Solution (SOS) is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor and operational support for our teams. You'll partner with managers to drive performance, engagement, and compliance while ensuring alignment with our values and people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies; manage statutory reporting (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Lead performance appraisal cycles, coaching managers and supporting development programs.
  • Collaborate on workforce planning, onboarding, and talent initiatives.
  • Advise department heads on people strategies and HR best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years HR experience, including 2+ years as HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proven skills in coaching, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Sprout, BambooHR) and MS Office.
