Job Description :

Responsible for assisting the Sales department in administrative tasks, order processing (packaging requirements, logistical needs, etc.) and communication with operations to meet the marketing demands of the customer

Responsibilities

- Provide daily administrative support for sales operations, including order processing order tracking, and accurate recording of sales data.

- Assist in sourcing and procuring marketing materials needed for retail chain marketing events and promotions.

- Monitor and enforce quality control standards for product packaging, labeling and delivery requirements in accordance with customer specifications.

- Support field teams by helping check report in - store needs or concerns of partner retail branches.

Requirements

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs).

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

- Effective communication skills- both verbal and written - for coordination with internal and external partners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
